SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 05/19/2018 at approximately 1130 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of an intoxicated male who had just been refused service at Cole’s Redemption Center. Upon arrival the male had left the store gotten into a vehicle and drove away. A short time later a vehicle matching the description of the suspect was located at the White Market. Subsequently after investigation Philip Davis was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
