On the stated date and time St. Johnsbury Police responded to an active physical altercation between a male and female in a vehicle parked at Cole’s Redemption Center in St. Johnsbury. After investigation Ryan T. McCutcheon was taken into custody and charged with Domestic Assault and Disorderly Conduct. McCutcheon was release on conditions and cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court Criminal Division on 05/14/2018 to answer to the charges.
