SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
An officer on patrol noticed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped after it turned onto the Breezy Hill Road. The operator was determined to be [EXPUNGED], who was found to be operating the vehicle while under lifetime criminal suspension for DUI. [EXPUNGED] was arrested and brought to the police department where he was released on a citation to answer the charges DLS Criminal Due to DUI December 14, 2020 @ 10:00 in Caledonia Superior Court.
