SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
An officer on patrol noticed a motor vehicle violation on Western Avenue. The vehicle was stopped at the start of US-2 westbound. The operator was determined to be [EXPUNGED], who was found to be driving the vehicle while under criminal suspension for DUI. A passenger, Dylan J. Brink (23), was found to have an active felony warrant out of Essex County, Vermont. [EXPUNGED] & Brink were arrested and brought to the police department. [EXPUNGED] was released on a citation to answer the charge of DLS Criminal Due to DUI on December 21, 2020 @ 10:00 in Caledonia Superior Court. Brink was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $250 bail.
