SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: officers of the St. Johnsbury Police Department responded to a dispute in the early morning hours on Harrison Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Sean J. Santo, 23 of St Johnsbury, for 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault after it was revealed that Santo was alleged to have grabbed his significant other by the throat. Santo will appear in Caledonia County superior Court today to answer the charge.
