SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
An officer on patrol noticed a motor vehicle violation and stopped a vehicle on River Road. The operator was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested for suspicion of DUI. An 18 year old female passenger was also arrested for furnishing alcohol. Both were brought back to the police department for processing and released on citations. [EXPUNGED] will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on October 26, 2020 at 1000.
