SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
An officer on patrol noticed a motor vehicle violation on Lafayette Avenue. The vehicle was stopped near 243 Lafayette Avenue. The operator was determined to be [EXPUNGED], who was found to be driving the vehicle while under criminal suspension for DUI. [EXPUNGED] was arrested and brought to the police department. [EXPUNGED] was released on a citation to answer the charge of DLS Criminal Due to DUI on December 28, 2020 @ 10:00 in Caledonia Superior Court.
