SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
An officer on patrol noticed a motor vehicle violation on Lafayette Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was determined to be Zacary R. Langmaid (35), who was found to be driving the vehicle while under criminal suspension for DUI. Langmaid was arrested and brought to the police department. Langmaid was released on a citation to answer the charge of DLS Criminal Due to DUI on December 28, 2020 @ 10:00 in Caledonia Superior Court.
