SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At approximately 2148 hours a St. Johnsbury Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on Memorial Drive. A passenger of the vehicle, Michael D. Lane, was found to have an active arrest warrant in the state Vermont. Lane was arrested without incident, processed, finger printed and photographed at the St. Johnsbury Police Department station and transported to the North East Correctional Facility on a $200 bail.
