SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 20, 2022 at about 1345 hours, a motor vehicle violation was observed on Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped as it pulled into the Sunoco/Jiffy Mart on Memorial Drive. The driver was found to be driving while under criminal suspension for prior DUI actions and in violation of conditions of release, as well as the subject of a $50 arrest warrant. Sean Barlow was arrested. Barlow will be arraigned on the DLS and VCR violations in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on December 19, 2022 at 0830 hours.
