On October 21, 2022 at about 1748 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from Jeffrey Doner that Ariya Sweeney had stolen his cell phone and case from his residence. Sweeney was later located walking on Memorial Drive at about 0121 hours on October 24, 2022 and cited for this matter. Sweeney was cited into Caledonia County Superior Court with an arraignment date of December 19, 2022 at 0830 hours.
