SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/11/2023, Officers responded to a reported robbery at Horizons Deli. A box of "Elf Bars" (Nicotine) were taken totaling approximately $250 in stolen goods. On 02/06/2023, Following an investigation, Officer Grant was able to make an arrest for the crimes listed above. Due to the offender being a Juvenile, no further information will be released.
