On February 12, 2023 at about 1720 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed Stephen MacNevins walking onto the porch of 170 Pearl Street. MacNevins was arrested on an active arrest warrant and lodged on $100 bail at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
