SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 6, 2023 at about 2026 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle on Elm Street. Located as passengers in the van were Wade Whitehouse who was found to be the subject of an active arrest warrant and who was also out and about in violation of an active court ordered curfew, as well as Amber Labrecque who was also found to be wanted on a an active arrest warrant for assault and aggravated disorderly conduct. Both were arrested and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $200 bail. Whitehouse was also cited for the new curfew violation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of February 27, 2023 at 0830 hours.
