SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 8, 2023, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from Dani Frilette (42) about allegedly fraudulent use of her ATM/Debit card. George Phelps was located at his residence on Railroad Street and cited in regards to this matter. Phelps will face arraignment in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on May 22, 2023 at 0830 hours.
