SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 13, 2023 at about 1923 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle on Federal Street. The operator, Ryan Larocque, was found to be driving on a license that was under criminal suspension for prior DUI, in violation of an interlock restriction, in violation of conditions of release and found to have two active arrest warrants. Larocque was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $200 bail. He was cited into Caledonia Superior Court in regards to the new violations with an arraignment date of April 24, 2023 at 0830 hours.
