SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 23, 2023, at about 1800 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers responded to a disturbance at Fred Mold Park. Christopher Sargent was arrested for violation of conditions of release as to drinking to excess and brought to the St. Johnsbury Police Department. Sargent was eventually transported by CALEX ambulance to Northeast Vermont Regional Hospital for detoxification. Sargent was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 14, 2023 at 0830 hours.
