SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/06/2023, I was responding to a separate call on River Rd, when I observed Erich Langmaid in front of the residence. I know Langmaid to have conditions of release to stay 300 feet away from the residence following a previous charge of Domestic Assault. Langmaid fled the area on foot. I later located Langmaid, wearing a different colored shirt. Langmaid was arrested and released on citation.
