SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 14, 2023, at about 2142 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that an intoxicated Tristan Garcia had been at Maplefields in an attempt to purchase more alcohol but was refused. Garcia had been previously trespassed from the establishment. Garcia was located at his residence and issued a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 24, 2023 at 0830 hours.
