SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 7, 2023, at about 2203 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a fight had broken out at the Republican Block. Further investigation revealed that Tristan Garcia had been involved in the situation in violation of active conditions of release (as to curfew) confining him to an address on High Street. Garcia was located and cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of June 26, 2023 at 0830 hours.
