SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 5, 2023, at about 0120 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed Shawn Rich on the porch of 340 Summer Street. The patrol officer located Rich outside the entrance to unit #6. Rich was present in violation of a nightly curfew. Rich was arrested for violation of conditions of release and flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment time of June 6, 2023 at 1230 hours. Rich was then lodged on a 24 hour hold at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for drug detoxification.
