INCIDENT:
On February
1, 2018, Officer Patenaude conducted a motor vehicle stop, and through subsequent
investigation learned that the operator, Peggy Patoine, age 45 of St.
Johnsbury, had a criminally suspended license. In addition, Patoine was out on
conditions of release, including a condition to not operate a motor vehicle.
During the traffic stop, crack cocaine in an amount greater than 2.5 grams was
seized. Patoine was arrested and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional
Facility.
