SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/15/18,
at approximately 0244 hours, officers made contact with Brooke Rowell on Elm
Street during a motor vehicle stop. A subsequent investigation found
Rowell to be in violation of her Conditions of Release. Rowell was cited and
released and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia
Criminal Division on 03/26/18 at 1230 hours.
