SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/07/18,
at approximately 0213 hours, officers made contact with William Garrett on
Caledonia Street. A subsequent investigation found Garrett to be in
violation of his Conditions of Release. Upon a search of Garrett’s person,
officers discovered Garrett to be in possession of two controlled prescription
substances. Garrett was lodged at the NERCF and is scheduled to appear at
Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 02/07/18 at 1230 hours.
