SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/11/18,
at approximately 0118 hours, officers performed a motor vehicle stop on a
vehicle traveling south in the parking lot of 17 Eastern Avenue without its
headlights on. After investigating, officers arrested Jacob Roy on suspicion of
driving under the influence of alcohol. Roy is scheduled to appear at Vermont
Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 03/05/18 at 0830 hours.
