SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/23/2018
between the afternoon to late evening hours, an apartment on Railroad Street in
the vicinity of the Portland Street Bridge was broken into. Money and
electronics were taken from the apartment. Anyone that may have information
about this incident or seen any suspicious activity in the area of the Portland
Street Bridge or skate park, is encouraged to contact the St. Johnsbury Police
