On 09/19/2020, Richard Larocque
was cited for operating without a license criminal. The citation was issued
after Larocque was seen operating a black Dodge Journey in the area of Price
Chopper in St. Johnsbury. A check with dispatch found Larocque to have a prior
No license conviction within the last two years. He is scheduled to appear in
Caledonia Court on 09/21/2020 to answer to the charge.
