SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 09/19/2020 at approximately
2340 hours, Brendon Utley was stopped on Barker Avenue in the Town of St.
Johnsbury for a motor vehicle violation. Subsequently he was arrested after he
was found to be operating without a license after receiving two traffic tickets
for the same. Utley was also issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for
consuming Alcohol while driving. A minor in the vehicle was also cited into
family court after he was found to have consumed alcohol. Utley will answer to
the charge on 09/21/2020 in Caledonia Court. A third person will be cited for
supplying the alcohol to the minor and update will be done when that
information is available.
