SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police
Department received a complaint that Mr. Travis D. Tetreault was inside the
Maplefield's store despite having received a prior note of trespass prohibiting
him from returning to the property. Tetreault was arrested and removed from the
property. Tetreault will face the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on October
19, 2020 at 1000.
