SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 13, 2021 officers responded to White Market for a reported shoplifting incident. The suspect was identified by police as Hailey Dixon, 27 of St Johnsbury. As Dixon had been previously issued a notice of trespass for the store, she was cited to appear on April 12, 2021 to answer the charge.
