SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 27, 2021, a St. Johnsbury Police Department officer on patrol noticed a motor vehicle violation on Cliff Street. The vehicle was stopped and further review indicated the operators' license was under criminal suspension due to a DUI conviction. The driver, <EXPUNGED>, was arrested. Mr. Hendry was released from the police station on a citation to Caledonia Superior Court for April 5, 2021 at 1000 hours.
