SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 2, 2021, a St. Johnsbury Police Department officer on patrol observed a motor vehicle violation on Caledonia Street. The vehicle was stopped on Cote Court. The operator, [EXPUNGED] of St. Johnsbury was found to be driving on a license that was under criminal suspension and was found to be in possession of a substance that field tested positive for the chemical properties of methamphetamine. [EXPUNGED] was arrested. The vehicle was seized and a search warrant received from the Honorable Court. [EXPUNGED] was issued a citation for Caledonia Superior Court on April 19, 2021 at 1000 hours.
