SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, St. Johnsbury Police Department officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped on Hospital Drive. The operator, [EXPUNGED] was found to be driving on a Pennsylvania license that was suspended and having had a prior civil conviction for driving without a license in the past 2 years. [EXPUNGED] was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge of driving without a license on May 17, 2021 at 0830 hours.
