On February 27, 2021, a St. Johnsbury Police Department officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Portland Street. The vehicle was stopped and prescription drugs were seized. Further investigation revealed that the item was not prescribed to or legally in the possession of [EXPUNGED]. On March 1, 2021, [EXPUNGED] was cited to Caledonia Superior Court for arraignment on April 19, 2021 at 1000 hours.
