SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/06/2024 at approximately 2303 hours, Cpl. Johnson and I were on patrol when we noticed Taylor May walking on the sidewalk on Main St in St Johnsbury. We knew that May had a warrant for his arrest. I placed May under arrest for his warrant, while searching May incident to arrest I located a plastic bag with a substance believed to be crack cocaine, which field tested positive as such. I also found a glassine bag with a powder substance believed to be Fentanyl.
