SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/19/2023 at approximately 1905 hours, dispatch advised me of a theft on Main St in St Johnsbury. An unknown male walked up to the apartment building, opened the door and picked up a package that was sitting on the stairs and walked out. The male was later identified as Alex Brown. Brown was issued a citation for petit larceny on 12/24/2023.
