SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/06/2023 at approximately 2037 hours, Christopher Wilder was stopped while operating a vehicle traveling into St. Johnsbury for a minor motor vehicle offense. It was learned that Wilder’s license was under criminal suspension. During the course of the arrest a substance that is suspected to be Crack cocaine and which field tested positive as such was located .
