SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: ON January 10, 2024 officers of the St Johnsbury Police investigated a retail theft form Champlain Farms the previous evening. A review of the in store video and interviews of witness led to the arrest of Cody Heath-Largy, 28 of St. Johnsbury for the offense of retail theft. Heath-Largy was cited to appear on February 26, 2024 to answer the charge.
