On 12/27/2023 at approximately 18:44 hours, Deputy Deos and Corporal Johnson were on patrol on Portland Street when Corporal Johnson recognized the person walking along Portland Street as Antino Pepper a subsequent investigation confirmed there was an active warrant for Peppers arrest. Pepper was taken into custody and later lodged at Northeastern Correctional Complex on the warrant.
