SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer watching traffic at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Portland Street observed a motor vehicle equipment violation. The vehicle was stopped as it pulled into the driveway at 545 Lafayette Street. Further investigation revealed that the operator, Kelly Lacourse of Glover, VT, was driving on a license that was under criminal suspension. Lacourse was issued a criminal citation into Caledonia Superior Court for December 6, 2021 at 0830 hours.
