SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about a suspicious vehicle on Cote Court. Upon arrival, patrol officers received a complaint that a suspicious woman associated with that vehicle had gone onto a 20 Cote Court porch and had been smoking drugs on the complainants porch. This was found to be in violation of conditions of release. On October 23, 2021, Ariya Sweeney turned herself into the St. Johnsbury Police Department and was released on a citation for court into Caledonia Criminal Court at December 27, 2021 at 0830 hours.
