SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation at the intersection of Hastings Hill and Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped on Memorial Drive. Further investigation revealed the operator, Wayne Moodie, was driving without a license and after a prior civil conviction for the same during the past 2 years. Moodie was released from the scene on a citation into Caledonia County Court on December 27, 2021 at 0830 hours.
