SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that Leiviska had repeatedly contacted by phone a male she was prohibited by an active Relief From Abuse Order from contacting and then showed up within 200 feet of his residence in violation of the same order. She also violated active conditions of release in the matter. Leiviska was located on foot in the neighborhood of the victim and issued a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this matter on November 29, 2021 at 0830 hours.
