SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 28,. 2021 the St. Johnsbury Police responded to the Passumpsic Savings Bank after a report of a suspicious male out in front of the building at closing time. The male was identified as Benjamin Payne, 421 of Lyndon. Payne had an active warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody and lodged without incident.
