SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
Two St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers were watching traffic on Portland Drive when a vehicle operated by Jonathan Rutledge drove by. The officers recognized him and knew he was under criminal suspension due to a prior DUI. The vehicle was stopped on Caledonia Street. Rutledge was arrested. Rutledge was later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter on December 27, 2021 at 0830 hours.
