SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 10/22/2021, I was dispatched to the Union Bank on Portland Street for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, I met with the victim and multiple witnesses who advised that Stephen Turcotte had assaulted the victim by punching him in the face and kicking him in the back of the head over owed money. After an interview with Turcotte, an arrest was made based on the information given.
