SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 4, 2022 at about 1011 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Pleasant Street. The vehicle was stopped on St. John Street near McGill Avenue. The operator was found to be driving after his license was criminally suspended. Mitchell was arrested and brought to the police station. Mitchell was later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with a date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours. The vehicle was hauled away by McKay’s Towing of Lunenburg, VT.
