SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 14, 2022 at about 1750 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer a motor vehicle violation at the intersection of McGill Avenue and St. John Street. The vehicle was stopped on Memorial Drive. Francis Shute was found to be driving without a license and with a prior civil conviction for the same within the past 2 years. Shute was cited into Caledonia Criminal Court with an arraignment date of July 11, 2022 at 0830 hours.
