On 04/19/2022, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a physical altercation between two males on the fourth floor of the New Avenue Apartments. After investigation Nicholas Lamphear was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault. Lamphear was also issued diversion paperwork as he was found to have consumed alcohol and was not of legal age.
