SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 14, 2022, at about 0258 hours the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a report of a disturbance at 96 Cherry Street. After an investigation, it was found that Chiquttia R. Keller had assaulted [EXPUNGED]. Keller was arrested and brought to the police department. Keller was eventually released to a sober adult on a flash citation for the above violations into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of April 14, 2022 at 1300 hours.
